This is a plan for how refunds will work, not final terms.
Digital delivery
ServMod is delivered digitally and the activation code is issued straight after payment. UK and EU consumers can normally cancel a digital purchase within 14 days, unless they agree that delivery starts at once and acknowledge that they lose the right to cancel once it has started. The final checkout wording will say exactly this.
If it does not work for you
If the app does not work with your equipment, contact support within 30 days of purchase and describe the problem. We will try to fix it or, if we cannot, refund you.
Lost or replaced phone
This is not a refund case. Move your licence to the new Device ID from your account page.
